Head north east on Wimbledon Park Road, passing Pirbright Road on your right. Turn right at Standen Road. Turn left at Balvernie Grove. Turn right at Longfield Street. Turn left at Merton Road (A218). Turn right at Kimber Road, pass through King George's Park until you reach Garratt Lane (A217) Turn left and the development is about a hundred metres further on.

From M4 Junction 1
Continue on the A4. At the roundabout take the A316 (Burlington Lane). Follow the A316 - turn left onto the A3003 (Lower Richmond Road). Continue onto Sheen Lane (B351). Turn left at the A205 (Upper Richmond Road). Keep right at the fork and continue to follow Upper Richmond Road. Continue onto the A3 (W Hill). Take a slight right onto the A217 (Garratt Lane). The development is about half a mile further down Garratt Lane.
