Swindon train station is situated in Station Road, about 5 minutes walk from the town centre, and 2 minutes walk to Swindon Bus Station. Trains to London are frequent and take approximately 1 hour. The station also serves Bristol, Chippenham and Bath Spa.
Buses
Swindon Bus Station is located in the town centre, just off Fleming Way. 2 minutes walk to Swindon Train Station. It is served by Thamesdown Transport and Stagecoach, as well as National Express.
Park & Ride
Swindon Town Centre and Old Town are served by two park and ride schemes - one in south Swindon, one in north Swindon, with buses running every 12 minutes.

No less than six horses were carved into the native Wiltshire chalk by our ancestors, with the oldest being the original White Horse at Uffington. Or take in the brooding monoliths of Avebury’s Stone Circle, sentinels of the landscape since they were first set in place at least 4,000 years ago. The location too of Silbury Hill, the largest man-made mound in Europe.
