The A272 cross-country road passes through the village from west to east,  connecting with the A22 and A26 road about a mile to the west, linking to the motorway network. Buxted Railway Station is a short distance away and lies on the Oxted Line between Uckfield and Crowborough.

The line serves London at London Bridge railway station via East Croydon; alternatively, you can change at East Croydon for Victoria. There are also 2 local bus services which run through the village.

Head northeast on the M23. At junction 10, take the A264 exit to Crawley/East Grinstead. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Copthrone Way/A264 heading to East Grinstead and continue to follow the road going through 1 roundabout. Turn left at Copthorne Common Road/A264 and continue to follow the road going through 1 roundabout. Turn right at London Road/A22 and continue to follow the road going through 4 roundabouts. At Lampool roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on the A22. Go through 1 roundabout and at Black Down roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A26. At the A272, take the 3rd exit onto London Road/A272, continue to follow the road and Beechbrook Park will be on the left.

The development is between Buxted Inn and the entrance to the station and is opposite Framfield Road at the mini roundabout.

From Brighton
Head West on Madeira Drive and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Marine Parade/A259. Turn left at Bedford Street, continue onto Upper Bedford Street and then onto Freshfield Road. At the next roundabout (Burdett's roundabout) take the third exit onto London road, A272; bear left in approximately 50 yards, signed for Buxted and Beechbrook Park. Cross straight over the traffic lights at crossroads in approximately 500 yards; continue to follow the road and Beechbrook Park will be on your left in less than a mile.
