Broughton is in a tranquil setting with delightful old buildings surrounding the village church. It is ideally positioned for access to the M1 motorway at Junction 14. Milton Keynes City Centre is just a few minutes away by car. Good public transport links and sustainable transport is encouraged by the provision of redways for either cycling or walking.
The roads in the area have taken their names from the theme of local history and steam railways like Bewdley Grove and Tanfield Avenue. The Church of St Lawrence is Grade I listed and dates from the early 14th Century. The Old Rectory is a Grade II listed building.
