TRANSPORT
Getting there is straightforward too, because Glyn Mynydd is well positioned for access to the A4067, A474, A465 and M4 at Junction 45. For rail travel, the station at Neath provides regular services around the surrounding area, while Swansea offers coach station, airport and ferry port.

LEISURE
There is a choice of golf courses close to Glyn Mynydd with Pontardawe being the nearest at just over two miles away. For something more lively, both the Aberafan Seafront and the Aquadome at the Afan Lido should be on your to do list.

From the East
Head onto the M4 Westbound, towards Swansea. Leave the M4 at Junction 45 then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A4067 (signposted Pontardawe). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A4067 then at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A4067. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A4067, then the 2nd exit at the next roundabout, staying on the A4067. Turn right onto Graig Newydd where you will find the development.
