On A19 take A174 signposted Redcar/Whitby continue to roundabout and take 3rd exit signposted A174 Redcar/Saltburn, continue to roundabout and take 3rd exit signposted Saltburn/Loftus.  Keep on A174 continuing straight over next 3 roundabouts, at the next large roundabout take 3rd turn off signposted A174 Skelton/Loftus/Whitby, continue straight ahead at traffic lights to next roundabout and take slip road signposted A174 Loftus/Brotton, continue straight over at next 2 roundabouts, at next roundabout turn left onto Kilton Lane, then left onto Alford Road, the development is situated off Newbury Road.
