Exit the M25 at Junction 5 and continue onto the A21 (signs for Hastings), take the Pembury Road exit towards Tonbridge. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Pembury Rd/A2014 heading to Tonbridge, turn left at Deakin Leas.
