Red Hill Primary School is about half a mile from the development and Mead Road Infant School less than a mile.

Chislehurst Railway Station is ideally placed for travelling into central London approximately 10 miles distant, and is in Travelcard Zone 5.
Elmstead Woods train station is less than a mile away from the development and is in Travel card Zone 4. The typical off-peak service is
4 trains per hour to Orpington, two of which continue to Sevenoaks;
2 trains per hour to London Charing Cross, running fast from Hither Green to London Bridge.
2 trains per hour to London Cannon Street, calling at all stations.
From Bromley there are trains to London Victoria, Blackfriars and Ashford International. Trains also go to Orpington via Grove Park. Travelling to Sidcup, Lewisham and on into London is facilitated by easy access to the A20.
