TRANSPORT
Whether your transport preference is by road, train Leaside Rise is ideally located for either. Trains to London run every 30 minutes from Ware train station and takes little over 45 minutes to get to the centre of the capital. As well as great rail links Leaside Rise offers convenient ease of access to the A10.

LEISURE
Leaside Rise is a collection of contemporary one and two bedroom apartments and traditional three and four bedroom houses nestled alongside the picturesque River Lea. From the South:
From the A10, take the exit marked A414 to Chelmsford/Harlow/Ware. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A414. Continue down to the next roundabout where you will take the 2nd exit onto Pepper Hill/A1170. Continue down Pepper Hill going straight over one roundabut. Turn right on to Bridge Foot/A1170. At the roundabout take the third exit onto Star Street/B1004. Carry on down this road going straight over one roundabout and the development will be on the right.
From the North:
From the A10 take the exit marked Stevenage/A602/Ware/B1001. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Westmill Rd/B004. Continue down this road going straight over one roundabout. Turn left onto Watton Road/B1004. At the roundabout take the third exit onto Baldock St/A1170 and continue to the next roundabout. Take the 1st exit onto Star Street/B1004. Continue to follow Star Street going straight over one roundabout and the developmwnt will be on the right.
