Welcome to Monarch Park
A development of two, three and five bedroom homes.
Monarch Park lies on the doorstep of Cannock Chase, an internationally–recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and home to spectacular landscape and wildlife.
Ideally located
While it might be a nice idea to spend all your time exploring beautiful Cannock Chase, what you'll also need are shops, amenities, leisure facilities and good transport links. Fortunately you can have all this too.
Cannock town centre is home to well–known high street names, as well as both outdoor and indoor markets. Nearby retail parks add further big names to the shops available.
There are numerous pubs, clubs and restaurants to suit every taste and pocket, from wine bars and gastro pubs to traditional real ale pubs and unique eateries.
Cannock certainly isn't short of things to do. As well as food and drink, there is also a cinema and an ice rink. The town's Chase Leisure Centre has just undergone a major upgrade and now has very impressive facilities, whatever your sport.
The area has a thriving arts scene centred on the Prince of Wales Centre, whose 427–seat theatre is home to a wide range of events including concerts, comedy, plays, pantomime and much more.
Cannock Chase is blessed with spectacular woodlands, valleys and heathlands which are home to a wealth of wildlife, much if it unusual, including a herd of wild Fallow Deer and birds such as the Nightjar and Woodlark. Over 1.5 million people visit Cannock Chase every year – but for you the Chase's walks, cycle routes, tranquil landscapes and adventure play areas are right on your doorstep.
If it's action you want, Cannock Chase Forest offers miles of exhilarating mountain bike trails to suit all ages and abilities, while Go Ape's ladders, rope bridges, Tarzan swings and zip wires (including one that is 260 metres long!) will give you and your family all the exhilaration you need.
There's even more at nearby Chasewater Country Park, including power boating, sailing and a heritage steam railway, and then there's historic Shugborough Hall and Estate – 900 acres of stunning parkland and riverside gardens on the fringes of Cannock Chase.
Move to Cannock, and you won't be short of something to do!
