The birth of a new lifestyle
Montague Place is a select development of just 36 apartments and penthouses. It offers stylish studios, one and two bedroom living in perhaps the most desirable and prosperous postcode in South West London. From here the world is your oyster. The River Thames is just yards away. The centre of Kingston is about a mile. A little further afield are the fashionable hearts of Richmond, Ham, Twickenham and Wimbledon. And then there’s the tube and train connections to London, one of the most dynamic capital cities in the world...
Little wonder the area has always been favoured by Royalty, the wealthy and the artistic.
A high watermark in contemporary living
From the walks and water sports of the Thames, to the shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, theatres, cinemas, galleries and museums of Kingston and the surrounding towns, whatever you love to do, you can indulge in it at Montague Place. Kingston has it all. Famous retailers like John Lewis and Bentalls. Your favourite high street names, plus a collection of fun and funky independent boutiques all set in relaxed, pedestrianised areas. Richmond offers much more of the same and just exudes style, as well as providing London’s largest town centre open space. While places like Ham have an almost village-like atmosphere for an escape from all the hustle and bustle.
For more peace and quiet try an oasis of calm, such as the gardens at Kew and Claremont or the historic homes at Hampton and Ham. If you prefer action packed, try the racecourses at Sandown, Kempton or Epsom, rugby at Twickenham, motor racing at Brooklands or tennis at Wimbledon. And for the child in you, Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventures aren’t far.
Transport Links
Whether you have to travel locally, nationally or internationally, Montague Place could not be better connected.
If you prefer to let the train take the strain, South West Trains have regular services that will take you from Richmond to London Waterloo in about 25 minutes. From Kingston station, the journey to London Waterloo takes around 30 minutes. You also have access to the District Line of the London Underground at Richmond.
If you drive, Richmond also offers easy access to the A316 with links to the M4 into London, and also the M3 and M25. Kingston is also very well placed for links to the A3 and M25.
And if you have to travel further afield, for either business or pleasure, both the international airports of Heathrow and Gatwick are an easy drive away. From Richmond, Heathrow is around 12 miles and Gatwick 47 miles, while from Kingston, Heathrow is approximately 16 miles and Gatwick, 30 miles.
