You’re right at the heart of one of the world’s most vibrant cities. Where high-tech 21st century enterprise sits comfortably with timeless tradition. You’re well connected

At number one you’re always close to where you want to be. Situated off bus routes 55, 243 and 505, you only have to walk six minutes to the south east and you’ll reach Moorgate Underground station, offering easy access to the rest of London via the Northern, Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines, not to mention British Rail. Barbican is a similar distance to the south west, while Old Street is nine minutes only one or two stops away, the effortless commute to the office will set you up for the rest of the day. And if you board the DLR at Bank (one stop southbound) you’ll be at Canary Wharf in 11 minutes – where a quick transfer to the Jubilee Line will take you on to North Greenwich and all the excitement of the O2 (that’s just 30 minutes door to door). For international travel, there’s a direct 46-minute rail link from Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport, plus London City Airport is easily accessible using the DLR. Number one Lamb’s Passage is also well placed for the 2012 Olympic Village at Stratford. In addition, drivers will be glad to hear that three of London’s key road arteries, the A1, the A501 and the A10, are within half a mile of number one, which will open up the city’s road network. Residents will, of course, qualify for a 90% reduction in Central London’s Congestion Charge.
