Development details:
Orchard View is a development of new homes in the Danesholme ward, approximately 3.5 miles south west of Corby town centre.
Once completed, the site will feature a range of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom, environmentally friendly homes.
All will be built to level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, with energy saving features like the latest condensing boilers, energy saving lighting, double glazing and insulated walls to lower heating bills – all of which will save you money on your energy bills and be kind to the environment.
