Follow the A12 (Northbound) towards Ipswich.
leave the A12 at junction 26, then at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A1124, Essex Yeomanry Way.
At the Essex Yeomanry roundabout take the second exit continuing along the A1124 London Road.
Continue along the A1124 as London Road becomes Lexden Road and finally Southway.
At the Southway roundabout continue straight over along Southway A134.
At the next roundabout take the 4th exit on to Mersea Road, B1025.
Follow the road and Praecedo is on your left hand side.
From Ipswich -


Follow the A12 (Southbound) towards London and exit the A12 at junction 29.
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Ipswich Road (A1232), Continue along this road, going straight over 3 roundabouts.
At the junction with East Street turn right and continue straight on up East Hill, at the top of the hill turn left into Queen Street.
 Follow this road until you reach the roundabout, go straight over onto Mersea Road (B1025).
Praecedo is found just the road on the left hand side.
