SHOPS
When it comes to shopping, Eastcote has a large variety of local shops and a supermarket, for those everyday needs.

Just a little further afield in Ruislip there is an abundance of familiar shops in Ruislip High Street including Boots, WH Smith, Marks & Spencer Simply Food and Waitrose, plus the major banks, hairdressers and newsagents. 

If that's not enough, in South Ruislip there is a large Sainsbury's supermarket.

The Chimes in Uxbridge and Harlequinn in Watford, shopping centres offer many of the major retail stores such as Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, BHS, River Island, Next and many more.

SCHOOLS
There's a wide choice of highly rated local schools for children of all ages.

TRANSPORT
Eastcote tube station is less than a mile from the development and is on the Piccadilly/Metropolitan line, offering regular services into the heart of London in just 30 minutes.

For convenience, the tube station will be directly linked from a newly created cycle path that will run through the development.

As well as a number of further tube stations, there is a fast overland train service travelling from West and South Ruislip to Central London in less than half an hour.

Road links are excellent too, with the M40/A40 just 4 miles away, the M25, M1 and M4 within easy reach and Heathrow being just twelve miles away.

LEISURE
When it comes to relaxing, there is an excellent range of cafes, pubs and restaurants to choose from.  Whether you are looking for traditional English food or want to be more adventurous you truly are spoilt for choice.

There are also top class leisure facilities, including The Lido in Ruislip, which has 40 acres of water including a sandy beach, a choice of health clubs, top quality golf courses and multi-screen cinemas at Harrow and Uxbridge.
