From the M61 Junction 5, take the A676 Wigan Road toawards Bolton. After approximately 1/4 mile, turn left at the first set of traffic lights onto the A58 Beaumont Road. Continue across a staggered junction on the A58 Victoria Road for approximately 4 miles. Turn right at the lights onto the A666 Blackburn Road, continue approximately 3/4 mile and then turn left at the lights at McDonalds onto Waters Meeting Road. Follow signs for Valley Leisure Park, take the first left onto Eagley Brook Way and follow the road down; the development is situated to the rear of Frankie and Benny's restaurant.

From Bolton town centre take the A666 towards Blackburn. After approximately 1 and 1/2 miles turn right at the traffic lights onto Waters Meeting Road. Follow the signs for The Valley turn right onto Eagley Brook Way (imediately opposite Endeavour House on the left hand side).
