The Ridgeway development is located in Pype Hayes, north of the Erdington area of Birmingham, around 5.5 miles from the city centre.
‘Pype Hayes’ derives from a major land owner in Erdington called Henry de Pipe who built a house in the area, later developed into Pype Hayes Hall.
Ridgeway will feature a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes.
The properties are yet to be placed in a council tax band so the following are approximations and are subject to change.

ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT
Education Paget Primary School is just around the corner from Ridgeway on Paget Road. Other primary schools nearby include Gunter Primary School (0.3 mi), St Peter & St Paul R C Primary School (0.4 mi) and Birches Green Infant School (0.6 mi).
Secondary schools in the area include St Edmund Campion Catholic School (1 mi), Kingsbury School and Sports College (1 mi) and Washwood Heath Technology College (2.2 mi).
Aston University and Birmingham City University are both city centre based and within easy travelling distance.
Leisure Pype Hayes Park is a short walk away, with more than 100 acres of grass and woodland, footpaths and a large fish pond. The Park plays host to an annual funfair as well as a bonfire and fireworks to celebrate Guy Fawkes Night.
The surrounding countryside offers plenty in the way of outdoor activity, such as walikg, cycling and golf. The world famous Belfry golf course and resort is around six miles away and regularly hosts professional tournaments such as the Ryder Cup.
The development is not far from the home stadiums of both Aston Villa and Birmingham City so fans of either team can take advantage of this close location.
There is plenty of culture to soak up in the city. Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery is home to a world-renowned collection of classical painting, ceramics and sculpture. Cadbury World provides an excellent day out, with sweet treats sure to please kinds and adults alike.
Shopping The high streets of Tyburn Road and Kingsbury Road are within walking distance and provide a number of shops covering everyday amenities such as green grocers, chemists, newsagents, convenience stores and a post office.
There are also specialist stores in this area, including bookmakers, hairdressers, a furniture store as well as a range of fast-food and takeaways outlets. A large branch of Lidl is close by, while Sainsbury’s and Tesco stores are a short drive away.
The city of Birmingham is famed for its shopping; from small independent stores and boutiques, fine jewellery and antiques through to designer labels, the city offers a retail paradise.
The Bull Ring is the UK’s busiest shopping centre, home to High Street and designer names such as Selfridges, Debenhams, Zara, DKNY and Hugo Boss.
Transport The city centre is just over five miles away, with the A38 running directly from the city to the development. The M6 is less than two miles from the development and provides a link to Coventry to the east and Manchester and Liverpool to the north.
Birmingham New Street train station is approximately 3.5 miles away and is the busiest railway station in the UK outside of London. A number of operators run regular services to stations all over the country including London Euston, Manchester Piccadilly, Nottingham and Glasgow Central.
The development is well served by regular bus services to and from the city.
