Located just off the A6106, Dalkeith itself offers easy access to the Edinburgh City by-pass making this development a convenient choice for commuters to other parts of Edinburgh, the Lothians& Borders. Frequent buses link Sheriffhall Park & Ride to central Edinburgh via the Royal Infirmary. Approximately 15 buses per hour during week days with a less frequent service in the evenings and at weekends. There is also a selection of Lothian Transport buses from Dalkeith to Edinburgh.

There is a frequent rail service from Musselburgh to Edinburgh which takes around 15 minutes.

HEALTH
There are a number of local surgeries in the area and the new Royal Infirmary can be found in Edinburgh.

· Continue to Follow A6106 entering Dalkeith
· Turn right at traffic lights onto A6094/High Street signposted Dalkeith/Pathhead
· Take 1st left at traffic lights onto A6106 South Street
· Continue to follow A6106 through Newmills Road onto Lauder Road
· Take 2nd junction on the right (a shared access with St David’s RC Primary School)
From the South
· Leave the A1 taking the exit signposted Old Craighall/Hospital A&E
· At Old Craighall roundabout take the 1st exit onto A720
