Transport
Towneley Gardens is located on Branch Road, just off Todmorden Road in the east of Burnley. Burnley is well served by junctions 9, 10 and 11 of the M65, connecting it to Accrington, Blackburn and Preston, then on to the M6. The nearby A56 links to the M66, M62, M60 providing good access to Manchester and its airport. There are four railway stations in Burnley: the closest to the development is Burnley Manchester Road. Trains run from here to Accrington and Blackpool in one direction and Bradford, Leeds and York in the other.
