One and two bedroom apartments available through our part buy, part rent scheme.
With tube and train services that speed you to Oxford Circus in fifteen minutes, Liverpool Street in less than twenty minutes, and Stansted Airport in about forty minutes, the location of Trilogy is perfect for its urban connections. But there's plenty to appreciate closer to home, too. Your new apartment, for instance. A 1 or 2 bedroom example of comfortable, contemporary living space with luxury touches that include a well equipped fitted kitchen, stylish white bathroom, and fitted wardrobes. The development, comprising a trio of buildings, has a landscaped setting just off Tottenham High Road. Thanks to Tower Homes' part buy, part rent scheme, these apartments are affordable too: a great way to acquire a home of your own without overstretching your budget.
Tottenham is famous for its football team, but the area has much more to offer its residents. For example, there are several Green Flag status parks close to Trilogy: Bruce Castle Park, Downhills Park and, a little further south, Finsbury Park. Each has its own special character and places to play sport, stroll, have a coffee or simply relax and look at the flowers. Whether or not you join the fans at White Hart Lane, there are many ways to enjoy sport and exercise in the neighbourhood. The closest venue to Trilogy is Tottenham Green Leisure Centre, which has facilities for racquet and ball sports, fitness and swimming. A little further away, but just as well equipped, is White Hart Lane Community Sports Centre.
It won't be a problem finding ways to fill your leisure time; although of course, you might just want to stay in and enjoy the comforts of your new home. However, this is a vibrant multicultural part of London and its diversity is reflected in the local cultural and restaurant scene. It's very much worth exploring. Within a mile or two you can eat out in Greek, Turkish, Caribbean, Colombian, Thai and Indian style, to name but a few. Pubs and bars abound, many with live music or comedy as their speciality. Almost at the end of the road is one of the borough's newest and most prestigious cultural venues: the Bernie Grant Arts Centre. Designed by an award-winning architect, it offers theatre and studio space, a café/bar, and an inspiring programme of live performance. It promises to be an exciting new addition to the community.
You'll need to shop, and you'll want to shop. Everyday supplies can be found up and down the High Road, within walking distance. More serious purchases can be made at Tottenham Hale Retail Park: DIY, computers, electricals. For fashion, and branches of the big retailers, you'll probably go to Wood Green Shopping City, where there's also a multiplex cinema. Then it's only a little further afield for the 'villages' of Highgate, Muswell Hill and Crouch End, all with an eclectic selection of independent shops, restaurants and good pubs.
