From junction 6, pick up the A229 signposted to Hastings and follow the road for about 3 miles until you join Loose Road.

From junction 7, pick up the A249 for Maidstone and follow for about 2 miles. At the junction with the A229, turn left on to Upper Stone Street and follow onto Loose Road.

As you proceed along Loose Road, the road will fork around, bear right towards Hastings A229 continuing onto Loose Road, then take the second left.
