Bovis unveils new Colchester homesBovis Homes has unveiled a 141-home development that comprises two-bedroom apartments, three and four-bedroom townhouses and five-bedroom family homes in Colchester, which claims to be the oldest town in Britain.
Known as Quadriga, the development is a short walk from Colchester town centre and potential buyers are being urged to visit the sales office on Circular Road North.
Situated in a conservation area, the homes feature Victorian-style red and buff brick facades and gabled roofs.
Tim Nabbs, sales director for Bovis Homes, said: "Quadriga is an exciting collection of homes that offer a wide variety of choice to suit most buyers' needs.
"The style of the properties, combined with their quality finish and excellent proximity to Colchester town centre means they have received a great deal of interest."
Prices at Quadriga range from £179,950 to £419,950.
Colchester is 56 miles north-east of London and is connected to the city by the Great Eastern Main Line and the A12.
