Award-winning Linden Homes has been showcasing its Renaissance development in Grimsby to Cleethorpes MP Martin Vickers during a recent visit.

Managing director Ian Hessay and members of the site and sales team gave Mr Vickers the chance to view the progress being made at the development, and to discuss a number of issues concerning the economy and the house building industry.

Mr Vickers said: "It was great to visit the Renaissance development and see the good work that Linden Homes has been doing there. I also found it interesting to chat to Ian and the team about the tough economic situation in which Linden Homes, and the rest of the house building sector, is operating."
