FirstBuy incentive available for Isaacs Place Lincolnshire development

Homebuyers can take advantage of the FirstBuy scheme to secure a property at Isaacs Place in Grantham for a reduced fee.
Property buyers can now take advantage of Taylor Wimpey's FirstBuy incentive at the Isaacs Place development in Lincolnshire.

First time buyers can secure a home at the premises with a five per cent deposit, with selected properties available for qualifying buyers at 80 per cent of their full price.

The offer is available on specific two and three-bedroom houses at the Grantham development, as well as the Roman Fields collection of residences in Wiltham St Hughes near Lincoln, the range of Pilgrims Chase properties in Spalding and at Oak Springs in Bourne.

As a result, people have a variety of residences to choose from all across the county, with the two-bedroom Penarth plot at Isaacs Place existing as just one of the homes included.

It can be purchased under FirstBuy for 80 per cent of its price, dropping its total cost to £86,396 from its original fee of £108,796, with this including a five per cent deposit valued at £6,800.

The scheme operates through a joint loan of 20 per cent from the Homes and Communities Agency and Taylor Wimpey, which is then repayable at the end of the 25-year mortgage term or when the property is sold.

In order to qualify, purchasers need to be first time buyers, while household earnings should be less than £60,000.

Janet Robinson, regional sales manager for Taylor Wimpey, said: "FirstBuy offers first-time buyers a great opportunity to snap up a superb brand new property in Lincolnshire – and much sooner than they might have otherwise thought possible.

"The availability of FirstBuy adds to the fantastic appeal of our great-value homes in Lincolnshire. However, it's only available on a strictly limited number of plots, so I'd advise anyone hoping to take advantage of this amazing scheme to get in quick."

Isaacs Place is conveniently located between Lincoln and Nottingham, putting it in close proximity to both the A1 and Grantham Station, where there are a number of links to London and Edinburgh.ADNFCR-1100-ID-801494006-ADNFCR
