Homes at Crest Nicholson's Harbourside available for Bristol house hunters

Homes at Crest Nicholson's Harbourisde development are now available for house hunters to choose from.
Bristol house hunters can now explore a number of homes available at Crest Nicholson's Harbourside development.

The latest phase at the site is entitled Invicta and boasts a practical and modern design, making the particular area of Bristol one of the most in-demand addresses.

Residents at the site can benefit from the convenience of city-centre living, yet still enjoy the benefit of having a waterside view.

Among the homes on offer are two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, which are ideal for those who are after a flexible living space.

In the properties, the main bedroom is en suite and has a built-in wardrobe, whereas access to the second double bedroom, utility room, bathroom and living/dining room is in the nearby hall.

The fully fitted kitchen also features a balcony, providing homeowners with their own outdoor space to enjoy the sun when summer arrives.

As a result of the phenomenal interest house hunters have shown in Invicta, the sales office has been forced to open for an extra two days a week in order to sufficiently handle demand.

Susan Young, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson, said: "Invicta is unique in that it offers 170 high-spec one, two and three-bedroom properties in the city centre that are right on the waterfront with fabulous views across the countryside.

"It's perfect for those who want to be close to the city centre but with the convenience of having all mod cons. The current availability, including this two-bedroom apartment, is indicative of the high-spec properties we have on offer."

The development is located on Cathedral Walk off Anchor Road and is spread over five floors, offering a mix of styles and property sizes.

When completed, the site will benefit from a pedestrian link entitled Millennium Promenade, which runs from the Millennium Square to the Harbour Inlet, featuring a rich ecological landscape and views of the ss Great Britain.

"We expected Invicta to be popular but the reaction so far has been extremely positive," Ms Young added.

Crest Nicholson also have a range of developments in other areas of the country, including the Ixia premises in London. ADNFCR-1100-ID-801505476-ADNFCR
