New Birkenhead show homes on trend for spring
Two new show homes are now open in Birkenhead to showcase Sevenoaks, a development by house builder Lovell which is enjoying ongoing success
Lovell has seen strong sales in recent weeks at Sevenoaks and spring is proving to be a particularly popular time for house buying.
The bright modern interiors of the show homes have been professionally styled to inspire buyers and show how the layouts can work as family homes, with interior design that is right on trend for spring and summer 2011.
Designers from Jane Clayton Interiors have incorporated fresh whites and a punch of lime green, as featured in Good Homes Magazine, in the three-bedroom 'Rockley' show home.
Elaine Taylor, regional sales manager for Lovell, said: "Our new show homes are opening to give buyers a taste of what we have available at Sevenoaks. Homebuyers want to see something tangible when purchasing a new home, so they can get a real feel for the layouts and imagine how they would live in the properties.
"Our team of interior designers have done a fantastic job bring the homes to life with fashionable decor, furniture and accessories."
The Rockley show home, for example, has been styled with a young family in mind, but the homes also suit professionals and downsizers who will equally be attracted by the well-planned layouts, contemporary fitted kitchens and bathrooms and quality fixtures and fittings throughout. In addition, the homes feature solar panels, which could help to lower your fuel bills.
Other current trends featured in the Rockley include modern gloss white furniture, printed and striped fabrics and eye-catching wallpapers. A jungle themed child's bedroom brings an added sense of magic to this high specification home.
A three-bedroom Portley has also been dressed to inspire buyers.
Sevenoaks is ideally located for all the shops and amenities of Birkenhead, including the Pyramids Shopping Centre, and also enjoys easy access to Liverpool or Chester city centres by road or rail from the adjacent Rock Ferry train station.
There's also a good choice of primary and secondary schools and leisure facilities locally. Residents are close to Prenton Park football stadium, Mersey Park and Victoria Park.
A wide choice of three and four-bedroom homes is currently available at Sevenoaks, affordably priced from £127,995 to £141,995.
All properties come complete with modern fitted bathrooms and kitchens plus appliances, which give the new properties the style edge over second hand homes. It could even be an option to personalise your new home with Lovell's 'Inspirations' range of extras.
