Strong demand at Taylor Wimpey's Papermill LockTaylor Wimpey's Papermill Lock development is proving popular with first time buyers and families looking to upgrade to a new home.
The site, located on the Cambridgeshire village of St Neots, offers a range of four-bedroom homes for property-seekers to choose from.
Stacy Dornan, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, said that there is now a limited number of new homes available as they have proved so popular with buyers in the region.
The NewBuy scheme offers purchasers the chance to secure their new home with a 95 per cent loan-to-value mortgage, whether they are a first time buyer or have a property to sell.
Taylor Wimpey is also offering a Part Exchange deal, which will see homeowners offered a guaranteed price for their existing house, based on the average of independent valuations.
Papermill Lock is built on the site of the Samuel Jones Paper Mill next to the River Great Ouse, in the village of Little Paxton, on the outskirts of St Neots.
