Hastoe Housing Association Limited (Hastoe), formed nearly fifty years ago, works mainly in rural settings in partnership with 61 local authorities across the south, east and west of England. Our older stock is in towns around London. See where we operate.
We provide and manage new homes for rent, shared ownership and sale depending on the needs of the each community. We currently have over 4,000 homes in our portfolio. Our approach is resident focussed and we design our management services with residents to best suit them.
We have two approaches: one which focuses on residents in rural communities and the other which serves those in towns.
