Notting Hill Housing is a friendly and passionate group of people all working towards improving the quality of people’s lives. We provide homes and services, for those desperate for somewhere to live to those who are ready to get on to the property ladder. We want to help everyone who comes to us to find a home they can love, services that empower them and home ownership that they can afford.
We are one of London’s largest providers of affordable housing, with assets of over £1,077 million. And one of the most innovative too. We have been at the forefront of developing affordable housing since launching shared ownership in the late 1970s, and continue to pioneer new ways to help people enjoy living in our world-class city.
We know that mixed communities work. The homes we build and the neighbourhoods we create grow and prosper. We also believe in promoting social mobility by helping people into work and better jobs and, when they’re ready, into home ownership.
