Walton Homes was established in 1985 by Ray Wallington. Before his death in 1998 he said "I would never build a home that I wasn't happy to let my daughter live in". Walton Homes is now headed by daughter Sarah and husband Andi Summerton, who continue to uphold the same standards and offer their customers value for money combined with a friendly and personal approach.

Whilst Walton Homes is not the biggest or longest established new homes builder, our instilled family mentality has been the base for our continued stability and will continue to be so as a healthy land bank and plans for future expansion take us forward.With steady growth, the number of homes built annually since 1985 has increased from four to over 250.

Our portfolio of house types range from one bedroom starter homes to six bedroom executive homes. This year sees our continued expansion into the quality family homes market following a number of prime land acquisitions.
