    Anyone living or working in London is eligible to purchase a Shared Ownership property at Abbey House with priority going to Southwark residents, then to South East sub regions (Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham).

    Two of the one bedroom homes will be available from £430,000 to se Sub Region residents only (Southwark, Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham).

    Wheelchair Adaptable Home
    To qualify for a Wheelchair Adaptable Home at least one member of the household must be registered disabled, in addition to the above criteria. Guidance incomes tbc. Applicants must be earning under £90,000 to be eligible for one, two and three bedroom apartments.

    On 1 April 2016 the Shared Ownership household income cap was raised to £90,000. Additionally, the guidance regarding bedroom eligibility changed. However, these changes may not apply to homes that were launched before 1 April 2016. Additional criteria may be specified by local planning authorities for specific developments.
