Our development is located on the South side of Maidstone on the fringes of Boughton Monchelsea Village. Maidstone is the business and administrative capital of Kent and offers all the facilities of a large town with a wide range of shopping, leisure, entertainment and history. Together with the shopping facilities, Maidstone offers historic buildings such as the Medieval Archbishops Palace and a few miles away Leeds Castle, regarded by many as one of the most beautiful castles in England.

TRANSPORT
Maidstone is perfectly located for easy access to the rest of Kent, London and the continent.  The M20, M25, M2 and A2 are within easy reach, the Channel Tunnel is 45 mins by car, Dover 1 hour and Bluewater 30 mins.  The A229 leads south towards Hastings and the coast and to the North lie the historic towns of Rochester and Chatham.  France is only 90 mins by train with easy connections for the French Riviera, Holland, Germany and beyond.Transport Distance (in miles)

HEALTH
Maidstone General Hospital is located only 6.5 miles away with good transport links from the village.  The local Surgery is also open from 8.30am until 6.30pm Monday to Friday with a Doctor on-hand for emergencies.

LEISURE
Maidstone has a varied range of attractions ranging from historical sights to excellent socialising and nightlife facilities. The beautiful Leeds Castle is located only a few miles away as well as the Maidstone museum and Art Gallery. Maidstone Leisure centre is also nearby, where there a two pools, and regular health and fitness classes and a fully equipped fitness suite.
