Welcome to Redhouse Park, Gladedale’s flagship development just outside Milton Keynes. Its where a wide range of traditional and contemporary homes is set to become part of the landscape, amongst existing tree, lakes and bridleways.

Redhouse Park has been planned to follow the lie of the land and its natural features: banks, hollows and belts of mature trees. The development is divided into different areas, each with their own distinct character names reflecting their position in the development, for example Main Street, The Avenue, The Mews, The Crescent, The Lanes and Lakeside.

Location
Redhouse Park is on Wolverton Road, less than a mile from Newport Pagnell, a thriving market town with a history going back to Roman times. It is an intriguing mix of historic and modern, with attractive old buildings in the town centre and some historic coaching inns.

It has an interesting range of specialist shops and good quality bars and restaurants, and is also famous for being the headquarters of Aston Martin. A more eccentris feature: its also the only place where parchment is still made.

Newport Pagnell also offers a wide range of sporting and leisure activities, including Middleton swimming pool, a superb modern complex. There are also seven golf clubs in the area including the prestigious Woburn Golf and Country Club. Parents with school age children can choose from a total of six schools in the area.

Seven miles to the southwest of Redhouse Park is Milton Keynes, a new city which continues to be dazzlingly contemporary. This isn’t a place for history or a quiet contemplation but for the unabashed celebration of life: shopping, sports, socialising and being entertained. It’s a major centre for business and travel connections.

There are two main shopping areas, and one of them, centre: mk, is an incredible three miles long. Midsummer place is a more recent addition, and together they offer a huge range of boutiques and larger department stores.

Xcape is another unique Milton Keynes attraction: a multi-purpose leisure destination with an indoor ski slope, ten-pin bowling and indoor rock climbing. There’s a theatre district and two large cinemas, vibrant night life, an endless choice of places to eat and drink, two concert venues that bring in the igname stars and one of the UK’s finest collections of public art.
