Gawcott is a red brick village with a classic stone church that rightly deserves the description of picturesque, and is just two miles to the south west of the vibrant market town of Buckingham.

Gawcott itself offers a couple of friendly, relaxed pubs: The Crown and The Cuckoo's Nest, an infant school and a village hall. Follow the A421 towards Bicester, at the Gawcott / Tingewick roundabout turn left down Gawcott Fields. About a mile down the road, you will enter the village of Gawcott and the development can be found on the left hand side.
