At the roundabout take the A570 towards St Helens. At Sutton Hall roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Elton Head Road (B5204 signposted Thatto Heath, Rainhill).

At the traffic lights, turn left onto Lowfield Lane and the development can be found on the right.
