The popular Valley Community Theatre, based a few minutes walk from Bridgewater Park, produces shows ranging from Shakespeare to pantomime and musicals. There is a delightful traditional cinema in Woolton Village, around a mile and a half away, and a larger multi-screen complex at Edge Lane Retail Park, where there is also a bowling alley. Even closer, the fine art collection at Sudley House provides a relaxing way to spend a day.
Sport and leisure
Nearby golf facilities include Lee Park Golf Club and Childwall Golf Club, with its magnificent art deco clubhouse, and a covered floodlit golf driving range a few minutes walk from the development. There is a swimming pool around a mile away at Belle Vale and another at Halewood Leisure Centre, where there is also a comprehensive range of fitness and sports facilities.
Shopping
