Leave the M3 at Junction 13, then turn right onto the A335, Leigh Road (signposted Eastleigh). Branch right, then at the second set of traffic lights, turn right onto Passfield Avenue. Continue over two mini roundabouts and then turn right onto Chestnut Avenue. From here continue over a mini roundabout and Chestnut Park can be found on your right.
From M27
At Junction 5 take the A335 exit to Southampton/ Eastleigh. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Stoneham Lane and at the next roundabout take the first exit onto Chestnut Avenue. The development will be found on your right.
