Directions
From Exeter: follow the A377, signposted Crediton, unil you cross the railway bridge in Copplestone. After the bridge turn right onto the A377, signposted Barnstaple. Follow the A377 until you reach the A39 roundabout. Take the third exit, signposted Taunton, Exeter M5. At the next roundabout take the first exit, signposted Lynton and Barnstaple A361. Continue forward on the A361. At the first rounabout take the second exit, at the second roundabout take the second exit and at the third roundabout take the third exit onto Barbican Road. At the next three roundabouts follow the signs for Ilfracombe, and at the fourth and final roundabout take the third exit onto Rolle Street. From here you will see signs for the development.
