In order to take away much of the burden of home ownership from you and to provide you with peace of mind we have appointed a specialist organisation - Guardian Management Services. For a realistic monthly fee Guardian will provide a range of estate services including a visiting Estate Manager, a link to a 24 hour emergency centre, window cleaning, gardening, building insurance, service contracts, external building maintenance plus the maintenance of internal communal areas. Longer-term renewals are also included, thereby ensuring that the development will always be maintained in a good condition.
