Urban Space
Bringing an exciting selection of houses and apartments into the heart of Warrington, Urban Space combines attractive streetscapes with an enormously convenient location, just a short walk from the town centre. In addition to the vast choice of amenities, parks and recreational spaces within easy reach, Urban Space has excellent access to Liverpool and Manchester via the M62.

Parks and gardens
With around 800 acres of easily accessible public space ranging from formal gardens and a maze, to woodland and river walks with a huge diversity of wildlife habitats, Warrington offers endless opportunities for enjoying natural surroundings. Amongst the open green spaces close to the development, Orford Park combines crazy-golf and children’s play areas with some beautiful wildflower meadows, and Sankey Valley Park follows the historic course of the Sankey Canal with a verdant corridor of woodlands and water features.

Sport and leisure
In addition to the outdoor sports facilities at local parks, there are several gyms and leisure centres within around a mile of Urban Space, including one women-only gym. The David Lloyd centre at Great Sankey, less than two miles away, includes a swimming-pool, and there are seven golf-courses within a five-mile radius.

Entertainment
Warrington has a lively choice of cultural attractions and entertainments, including The Pyramid, a superb new arts centre that presents a varied programme of music, drama, dance, comedy and exhibitions. For younger people, the Giggles Playmill children’s activity centre is nearby and the town’s famous Gulliver’s World incorporates a succession of themed areas set in beautiful natural surroundings. There are bowling and cinema facilities within a short distance of Urban Space, and the town has a good range of bars and restaurants, many of them just minutes away.

Health
There are several GP surgeries, dentists and pharmacists within a few minutes’ walk of the development.
Shopping
There is a good choice of local food and drink shops in the area around the development, including an Asda and Sainsbury’s within walking distance. Warrington town centre has an excellent and varied range of shops, including one of the largest indoor markets in the North-West, with over 250 stalls open every weekday. The town’s Golden Square retail centre, which already has over 100 units, including Marks & Spencer, BHS and Next, is currently undergoing a major redevelopment, designed to double its size and incorporate a flagship Debenhams store.
Schools
There is a choice of five primary schools within half a mile of the development, and several secondary schools within walking distance.
Transport
There is a bus-stop immediately outside the development, and Warrington Central Station is only around half a mile away. The development is within easy reach of the M6, bringing Liverpool, Manchester and many other centres into commuting range. Liverpool and Manchester Airports are both around 30 minutes’ drive away.
