With a gross sales value of approximately Baht 13 billion, The River is Raimon Land's largest project to date. Pre-launched in March 2007, by March 2008 unit sales were already approaching Baht 6 billion. The piling for the 250-metre-tall structure commenced towards the end of 2007.

When completed, The River will be the tallest residential building in Bangkok, offering spectacular city and river views, with a dedicated pier and shuttle boat service to the Saphan Taksin skytrain station. Spectacular Festivals

New Year’s Eve sees the river lit up with fireworks. Songkran, the traditional Thai New Year, is celebrated in early to mid April. In early June, the Royal Barge Procession brings pomp and history to the river. And in late November, Loy Krathong sees thousands flock to the river to make merit by floating thousands of gently glowing lotus-shaped vessels on the water.
