Located in the southern part of Slovenia, (the untouched green oasis in Europe and EU member), some 12 kms from the Croatian border is the town of Ilirska Bistrica, in which the property is to be found. The region, largely covered by forests is home of the karst (limestone) caves, the most famous being Postojna and Skoscjanskska Caves.
