Churchdown lies between the City of Gloucester and Cheltenham, and has convenient access to junction
11 of the M5 and the A40. Gloucestershire Airport (formerly Staverton) is 2 miles towards Cheltenham.

The local landmark is Churchdown Hill (also known as Chosen Hill), which rises to 154m above sea
