How do I buy a freehold plot?

Firstly you pay a £1000 reservation fee and we take your plot off the market for 14 days. We can provide you with a draft copy of the reservation notice and draft copy of the contract are available on request.
Complete a reservation form, complete with a copy of a passport and two utility bills sent to us via fax/email/post.
Your reservation fee is then credited towards your deposit of £7500 leaving a deposit balance of £6500 payable directly with the developers.
You will then receive contracts for you to sign and return complete with a extra copy for your records. These will be countersigned and stamped by the Cayman government.
You can then spread your remaining payments interest free across 2 years agreed between yourselves and the developer, everybody qualifies.
