Set along a tree-lined lane in the heart of the East Sussex countryside, Bryant @ Chailey Common is located just above North Chailey, off the A275 which runs from Lewes up to the A22 leading to East Grinstead, and just off the A272 east of Haywards Heath. From the mini roundabout that joins these two roads at North Chailey, proceed north for about half a mile on the A275, turn left into Warrs Hill Lane, and the development will be found on your right after about a mile.
