take the A610 towards Ripley/A6/Matlockand follow this road until the turning for the A6096/B6010 Eastwood/Ilkeston and follow this road over one roundabout towards Ilkeston. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Millership Way. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit heading towards Heanor on the A6007 follow this road for a short distance and the development will be on the left hand side.
From Derby
Take the A52 out of Derby towards Nottingham, take the A6096 towards Ilkeston. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Chalons Way at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit follow this road to the next roundabout take 2nd exit onto Bath Street/Heanor Road the development can be found on the left hand side.
