Development Details
Crest Nicholson is proud to introduce Claridge Park in Milton Keynes, an exciting new mixed use development situated in the Middleton South section at Oakgrove, adjacent to Old Milton Keynes village.
Location
Make the connection
Milton Keynes was planned to have some of the best strategic links in the country. Its well-designed road system makes getting around the city efficient and fast.
It is about half way between London and Birmingham, with motorway links via the M1 and M6 to both of these important conurbations, as well as to other major centres including Northampton, Luton and Leicester. The M1 (junction 14) can be reached via the A4146 from Claridge Park.
By train, you can be at London Euston in just 40 minutes and Birmingham New Street in under an hour, so Milton Keynes is perfectly positioned for commuters to either city.
Check out train times and prices on thetrainline website.
Milton Keynes also has excellent transport links to two of the country’s busiest international airports. A regular train service runs directly to Birmingham International Airport, taking about 50 minutes, and Luton Airport is within easy reach by car or express bus, both in less than 60 minutes.

Enter into the community spirit
There are two Milton Keynes: the ancient village and the go-ahead modern city. Both are close to Claridge Park and each offer a varied and contrasting choice of ways to spend your leisure time.
The old village can be dated to Saxon times, when it was known as 'Mideltone' and, until modern Milton Keynes grew in the 1960s, it was a timeless farming community. The village retains its historic character and has some charming old buildings such as the 12th century All Saints Church and the 17th century thatched Swan Inn, which has an excellent restaurant.
All around Claridge Park you'll find places for enjoying outdoor life. For example, Ouzel Valley Park has a number of bridlepaths and picnic areas as well as two fabulous lakes offering sailing and canoeing. Loughton Valley Park is another great outdoor area where surprises include the remains of a Roman villa and the famous concrete cows!
Modern Milton Keynes is an outstanding city with enough shops, bars, clubs and restaurants to satisfy the most restless consumer. It has a flourishing arts and cultural life too, centred on the Milton Keynes Theatre complex. With the city's two concert arenas bringing in an impressive number of international big names, there is also the unique attraction of Xscape where you can watch movies and even go skiing or indoor rock-climbing.
