From the A19 northbound, branch left onto the A1027 signposted Norton and Billingham. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit following the A1027 signposted Billingham. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto Wolviston Road signposted Town Centre. Continue forward on Wolviston Road, entering Billingham. Turn right at the roundabout onto Roseberry Road and turn left onto The Causeway. From The Causeway turn left at the roundabout onto Finchale Avenue, then take the next left onto Verbena Drive.
