Continue along the M4 motorway. At the Pont Abraham Service Area(junction 49), take the 3rd exit off the roundabout onto the A483 (signposted Llandeilo). Continue forward onto Pontardulais Road- A483. Entering Tycroes. Bear left onto Pen-Y-Banc Road- A483. Entering Ammanford. At traffic signals, go forward. At second traffic signals, turn left. Continue along this road for approximately 1/2 a mile. Turn right after the 'green' onto Old Road, bear left onto Myddynfych and take the first left onto Heol Llwyd, the development can be located at the end of this road.
