Branch left, then at roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Newport Road A4161 (signposted City Centre).

Continue straight through the next roundabout. 

At the next set of lights, turn right onto Colchester Avenue. 

Continue through the set of lights and Equinox is on the left hand side.

From Cardiff-Western Avenue

Continue East on Western Avenue A48, following through underpass (signposted Newport, M4 East). 

Take slip road off the Exit signposted Dock, Cardiff East. 

At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Southern Way - A4161 (signposted Docks, Cardiff East). 

Branch left, then at roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Newport Road A4161 (signposted City Centre). 

Continue straight through the next roundabout. 

At the next set of lights, turn right onto Colchester Avenue.
